The DTS-K/HDTS-K machine concept from our partner OMCCA delivers a unique manufacturing solution for the production of hoppers. All rollers are conical and can also be inclined. This allows a wide range of hoppers with different pitches and diameters to be manufactured. In particular, these machines are specialized in the smallest possible diameters.

The DTS-K machines feature a robust electromechanical drive concept with asynchronous three-phase motors in all axes. The larger HDTS-K machines are hydraulically driven. Basically, the cone machines are always supplied with a four-roller drive, hardened and ground rollers, and digital displays for all axes. The machine body consists of a stable steel structure that absorbs the bending forces. The top roller has a fixed bearing on the drive side; a pneumatic or hydraulic hinged bearing is fitted on the other side.

The linear adjustment has digital displays with programmable software limit switches. The design and manufacture is carried out in accordance with the current CE specifications.
