All rollers are conical and can also be inclined. This allows a wide range of hoppers with different pitches and diameters to be manufactured. In particular, these machines are specialized in the smallest possible diameters.<\/p>\n<p>The DTS-K machines feature a robust electromechanical drive concept with asynchronous three-phase motors in all axes. The larger HDTS-K machines are hydraulically driven. Basically, the cone machines are always supplied with a four-roller drive, hardened and ground rollers, and digital displays for all axes. The machine body consists of a stable steel structure that absorbs the bending forces. The top roller has a fixed bearing on the drive side; a pneumatic or hydraulic hinged bearing is fitted on the other side.<\/p>\n<p>The linear adjustment has digital displays with programmable software limit switches. The design and manufacture is carried out in accordance with the current CE specifications.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div  class='hr av-8p80we-a0b258bc20e8890cf8ecf0814f5d1ce3 hr-short
